Covert Hypnosis: Basic Techniques

In order to learn covert hypnosis, you will need to purchase a proper online course. We recommend you check out our Covet Hypnosis Courses section for a list of courses that we recommend.

Below we will demonstrate the processes involved in exercising one basic technique of covert hypnosis. This technique is for demonstational purposes only, we make no guarantee that you will find it useful or that it will work in any way. Learning from a professional course is the only proper way to learn covert hypnosis.

Indirect Suggestion -

It is recommended you read what indirection suggestion is through the Manipulation of Subconscious section. Indirection suggestion is basically the ability to plant suggestions within a sentence that the conscious mind of an individual does not pick up, but that the subconscious mind does. We can plant indirect suggestions in anyone that is in a state of trance (typically someone we have established deep rapport with).

If, for example, we wanted to make a person raise their right hand upon the command "raise your right hand", we would need to plant indirect suggestions within their subconscious, associating the raising of the right hand with the command "raise your right hand". We do this by constantly reinforcing the three words "raise", "right" and "hand" within every couple of sentences with the person we're speaking to.

For example, if we were just having a general conversation about the weather, you could say "I know, I can't raise a single reason as to why the weather hasn't been right lately, on one hand, it seems to be cold some days but on other days it's just too hot". This sentence alone associated the three words, in the correct order, "raise" "right" and "hand". It also causes confusion within the person you're speaking to as their subconscoius has conflicting thoughts between the words "cold" and "hot".

Using the techniques taught in covert hypnosis you'll be able pick up non-verbal cues through body language as to when a person is ready to respond to a direct command. The processes involved in determining this are much too complex to cover here.

We recommend you use a proper covert hypnosis course in order to effectively apply any covert hypnosis techniques. Feel free to check out our Covert Hypnosis Courses section.
